Associate Technical Product Analyst - Cybersecurity Analyst

About the position The Mobile & Mac Security (MMS) team is looking for a talented Assoc. Tech. Product Analyst to join our team in Austin, TX and ensure the highest security standards for our Mobile and Mac consumer and corporate products and services. The MMS team, part of the overall Cybersecurity department at Visa, Inc., operates as a flexible and fast-paced team, very similarly to a mini startup, within our overall organization. We aim to excel at what we do to keep our organization secure while having fun doing it! Responsibilities • Coordinate and support the development and delivery of web, mobile, and IoT application projects, working closely with cross-functional teams. • Leverage AI tools and models to optimize workflows, automate operational processes, and enhance team efficiency throughout the product lifecycle. • Assist in gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and tracking project tasks to ensure successful execution in Agile environments. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business operations by analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending automation solutions. • Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights. • Support the implementation and scaling of new technologies and frameworks that drive innovation and operational excellence across products. • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. • Actively participate in team meetings, offer ideas for process and workflow enhancements, and seek feedback to develop your skills in product management and business operations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience. • 2 or more years of work experience. • Foundational understanding of web, mobile, and IoT application architectures and development frameworks. • Exposure to Agile methodologies. • Familiarity with product management concepts such as requirements gathering, backlog management, and user story writing. • Proficient with AI concepts and applications, including models, prompt engineering, agentic methodologies, and using AI to optimize workflows and team efficiency. • Experience with or willingness to learn programming languages (such as Python, Java, Node, or Swift). • Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Demonstrated adaptability, willingness to take on new challenges, and openness to feedback. • Experience and strong interest in leveraging AI/automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks or improve project outcomes. • Multilingual abilities are a plus. • Strong client service orientation and ability to build relationships across diverse groups. • Comfortable working in remote or distributed team environments across multiple time zones.
