Description: • Answer incoming calls to enroll prospects from qualified leads for Prime Fitness and use persuasive sales skills to retain plan members • Build rapport with members to identify need & recommend appropriate solutions • Answer questions and provide guidance to new members on amenities, facilities, billing etc. • Assist, support, or offer alternate solutions to members who wish to cancel • Be considerate of challenges faced by callers or members and use good judgment when handling sensitive information • Handle each member interaction with courtesy, professionalism and respect to guarantee exceptional service while supporting company values and policies • Disclose to members who enroll, the required terms and conditions for all applicable plans • Meet or exceed all monthly defined targets or quotas as issued by supervisors or director. Metrics include but are not limited to % of enrollments, member retention rates, up sells & revenues generated • Be an advocate of Tivity Health, Inc and the member by doing what is best for both parties • Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or management Skills: Customer service, Data entry, bolthires office Top Skills Details: Customer service,Data entry,bolthires office Additional Skills & Qualifications: • Ability to meet all key performance targets as outlined and may vary monthly. • Performance will be measured and reviewed frequently • Strong sense of ambition & self-motivation • Ability to overcome member objections, identify problems and resolve concerns • Engaging personality with the ability to paint a picture for the member • Must be courteous, supportive and respectful in all interactions • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable • Ability to multitask, i.e. engage in active listening while on the phone and navigate multiple applications on the computer • Maintain excellent quality standards for all calls, remain compliant with all information, Ex: Required disclosures, Terms & Conditions of enrollment/cancellation, Handling CC information • Ideal candidate will possess 1+ years in a call center with some light sales/upselling experience • This role is very trainable, so we are open to all member focused experience • High School Diploma or GED required Experience Level: Entry Level About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
