AVD Engineer – Azure Virtual Desktop
Job Description: • Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of a large, virtual desktop environment • Provide TIER 3/4 support to system administrators to resolve VDI issues • Provide guidance on optimization of desktops for platform interoperability • Act as liaison between Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies • Offers endpoint support on Virtual Desktop related tasks • Maintain an Advanced knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies • Operate across multiple and complex production environments Requirements: • Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance • Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) • Master's degree + 7 years experience OR 16 years of experience • Experience in Microsoft Azure, Azure Networking, Storage and Virtual Desktops • Experience managing and administering Windows Servers • Experience with Azure AD, Intune, FSLogix • Experience in VDI profile management • Endpoint protection, policy management and application of STIGs • AVD integration with Office 365 services • Desktop Software provisioning and Support Services • Collaborate and work well in a team environment Benefits: • healthcare • wellness • financial • retirement • family support • continuing education • time off benefits Apply tot his job
