AVP-Data Quality/ Data Governance & SAS

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and driven professional to join our team as the AVP of Data Quality, Data Governance & SAS.As the AVP of Data Quality, Data Governance & SAS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data across various business lines and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures, and utilize SAS tools to analyze and improve data quality.To excel in this role, you must possess a strong background in data management, governance, and SAS programming. You should also have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and monitor data quality issues and implement corrective actions. Utilize SAS tools and programming to analyze, cleanse, and improve data quality across various business lines and systems. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for data governance initiatives. Lead and facilitate data governance meetings to review data issues, present recommendations, and make decisions on data management and governance strategies. Monitor and report on data quality metrics, trends, and issues to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. Develop and maintain data quality dashboards, reports, and documentation to support data governance and decision-making processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management, governance, and SAS tools, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Train and mentor team members on data governance principles, practices, and tools, and provide guidance and support on data quality issues. Represent Citigroup in industry events and forums related to data governance and quality, promoting the organization's reputation as a leader in this field.
