Title: AWS Bedrock Developer Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite 5 days/week) We are seeking an experienced AWS Bedrock Developer to lead the development of generative AI solutions within a B2B Team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and a deep understanding of telecom infrastructure, customer engagement platforms, and enterprise-scale cloud deployments. Key Responsibilities • Design and deploy GenAI-powered applications using AWS Bedrock (Claude, Titan, etc.) tailored to telecom use cases like customer support, network diagnostics, and predictive maintenance. • Integrate Bedrock models with telecom APIs, OSS/BSS systems, and real-time data streams. • Develop scalable, secure, and compliant cloud-native solutions using AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SageMaker, etc.). • Collaborate with product managers and telecom architects to define AI-driven workflows and automation strategies. • Optimize prompt engineering and model orchestration for performance and cost-efficiency. • Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or AWS CDK for repeatable deployments. • Ensure compliance with telecom regulations (e.g., GDPR, CPNI) and internal security standards. Telecom-Specific Use Cases • AI-powered virtual agents for Tier 1 support and provisioning • Intelligent fault prediction and resolution for network operations • Automated contract analysis and SLA enforcement • GenAI-enhanced customer journey mapping and personalization Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of AWS development experience, including Bedrock and GenAI tools • Strong programming skills in Java • Familiarity with RESTful APIs The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
