Opportunity: Virtual Service Operations is searching for an AWS Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end development. As an AWS Developer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining front-end applications, building and modifying back-end services, and creating seamless user interfaces integrated with back-end systems. If you're proficient in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and possess a solid understanding of back-end services, we want to hear from you! Qualifications: • 7+ years of relevant experience • Proven experience as an AWS Developer with expertise in CDK • Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure • Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript and Python • Ability to utilize pre-designed capabilities and integrate them into projects • Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices • Experience creating user interfaces and integrating them with back-end systems to manipulate data • Work with other developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Utilize AngularJS for specific projects as needed (minimal use) • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs • Ensure the scalability and performance of applications Requirements • Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status • Proven experience as a front-end developer with expertise in React and TypeScript • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Python • Familiarity with AngularJS is a plus, though not extensively required • Experience with AWS services and infrastructure. • Ability to modify existing projects and build interfaces that interact with back-end systems • Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices Preferred Skills: • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies • Familiarity with other front-end frameworks and libraries • Knowledge of database systems and data manipulation • Understanding of cloud security best practices What is Important to Us: • You are an excellent communicator in writing and speaking. • You have the ability to work independently but also value teamwork. • Your problem-solving skills are excellent. • You are looking for a job where performance appraisals occur regularly, and you look forward to advancing your career. • You seek a community of virtue-centered co-workers and clients.
