Candidates outside these regions will not be considered. About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our outbound B2B lead generation efforts. We are seeking a long-term partner to join our team, not a short-term freelancer. The ideal candidate has proven experience in LinkedIn-based prospecting, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and can confidently manage outreach, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling with potential clients. You’ll be generating leads for technical B2B solutions, including custom Web Applications, Mobile Apps, and Automation projects. Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools. - Execute outbound outreach campaigns (connection requests, personalized messages, follow-ups). - Maintain detailed records of leads and communication in CRM/spreadsheets. - Schedule meetings and hand off qualified prospects to the sales team. - Track performance metrics (response rate, qualified leads, booked calls). Requirements: - Fluent English (spoken and written – mandatory). - Time Zone Alignment: Must be located in the Americas. - Long-Term Focus: We prefer candidates with a history of long-running projects. (Please do not apply if your profile consists primarily of hundreds of short/micro-tasks). - Demonstrated experience with B2B outbound lead generation. - Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io. - Self-sufficient, disciplined, and results-oriented. Deliverables: - Consistent pipeline of meetings with qualified leads. - Weekly reporting on outreach and meeting metrics.
