B2B Services Positioning & Customer Research Consultant
We’re an established marketing agency that’s intentionally niching down. Our primary focus is Home Services and Hospitality, with Nonprofits as a secondary vertical. We’re undertaking a foundational positioning and messaging overhaul to better reflect our niches and inform everything that comes next — website structure, service taxonomy, content pillars, SEO, and future paid media. This role is upstream of copy, design, and ads. You’ll lead qualitative customer research (founder/operator interviews), synthesize buyer language, and help us clarify positioning, service structure, and website information architecture. The goal is to give our team clear direction on what we should say, how we should structure it, and what to build next. This is not a copywriting, design, CRO, or SaaS product marketing role.
