B2C Marketing Director- Student Nutrition- Remote
About the position Responsibilities • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies that align with Student Nutrition goals and culinary vision. • Create and maintain field marketing strategies inclusive of playbooks and promotions calendars. • Manage budgeting processes for all field marketing related initiatives. • Collaborate with sales teams and region leadership to provide targeted support during peak sales seasons, enhancing overall performance and customer engagement. • Supervise and develop Regional Marketing Managers, providing training and execution support to ensure alignment with brand strategies and initiatives to drive base business growth. • Take ownership of the full dining environment and student promotions, ensuring it reflects the brand's values and enhances the overall student experience. • Develop and implement initiatives aimed at increasing student engagement and satisfaction within the dining environment. • Study industry marketing trends, competitors, and maintain a feedback loop with internal stakeholders to gather insights to improve strategies and execution. Requirements • Proven experience in brand strategy and development, preferably within the food service or retail sectors. • Strong budgeting and financial management skills. • Excellent leadership and team management abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for strategy improvement. • Leadership experience, with a focus on team development and support. Nice-to-haves • Master's degree in Nutrition or Hospitality preferred.
