You'll build both community and skills as you settle into your role. • Free Licensure Across States: If you're working towards a full-time position, we’ll cover the cost of getting your LBA in any state, giving you more flexibility to take on cases in various locations under BK Behavior. • No Non-Compete & No Minimum/Maximum Caseload: Work on your own terms. There are no restrictive contracts or set caseloads. We trust you to choose what works best for you. • Remote, Hybrid, and In-Person Options: We understand that life is unique for everyone, so you can choose a work model that fits your lifestyle and career goals. • Competitive Pay Based on Work Model and Location: Rates range from $55–$105/hr, depending on your work model and location. The highest rate of $105/hr is available exclusively to BCBAs working in-person in New York or Maryland. • Collaboration instead of Isolation: Work alongside five in-office BCBAs and a dedicated team of interns and fellows who are always there to back you up.
