Position: BI Developer (Tableau, PowerBI) About the job BI Developer (Tableau, Power BI) Four Squared Solutions is seeking a BI Developer for an opportunity located in Miami, Florida. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced BI Developer with a strong background in data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle. Job Summary: As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements, transform data into meaningful insights, and present these insights through effective reports and visualizations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle, along with a deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and report/dashboard development. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to provide actionable business insights. • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into BI solutions. • Create and manage ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across different platforms, especially Oracle databases. • Build and optimize data models to support the creation of reports and dashboards. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports, dashboards, or data integration processes. • Work closely with IT teams to ensure that data infrastructure supports BI needs, ensuring data security, quality, and integrity. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing BI solutions and help drive improvements. • Train end-users on using BI tools and interpreting reports/dashboards effectively. • Ensure all BI solutions meet performance, scalability, and usability requirements. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, report development, and data visualization. • Expertise in Tableau and Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, and report generation). • Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and experience with database design and optimization. • Experience with ETL tools and data integration practices. • Knowledge of data warehousing and BI architectures. • Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., Power BI in Azure, Tableau Online). • Solid understanding of data governance, data security, and quality standards. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business stakeholders.
