Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone, email, or other channels. Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, although not required.
