We’re supported by top, mission-driven VCs to empower families throughout the country. The role This is a full-time remote role, schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time. As a Care Operations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our care coordination efforts, ensuring patient records and medical documentation are managed with precision and empathy. Acting as a key liaison between families, healthcare providers, and hospitals, you’ll facilitate timely communication and document retrieval to support seamless care delivery. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and compassionate service Key Responsibilities Manage patient documents and ensure timely, accurate distribution of medical records. Serve as the primary contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities. Request and follow up on medical records, diagnostic reports, and imaging studies via calls and emails. Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery processes. Build meaningful relationships with parents as part of the support team. Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure a seamless Abby Care experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, medical records management, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2+ year experience in administrative or operations roles (e.g., Care Delivery Administrator, Operations Specialist, Care Coordinator). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and solve problems creatively. Commitment to going above and beyond for families. Comfortable with dynamic responsibilities and cross-functional support.
