About Us Amigos Tutoring is a fast-growing education company with five locations across South Florida. We specialize in K–12 tutoring and SAT test preparation, supporting hundreds of families each year. Our customer service operations are handled entirely through email and phone, ensuring a consistent, professional experience for both clients and tutors. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop with us — a professional who communicates clearly, solves problems quickly, and can make decisions independently without needing constant supervision. Position Overview We’re hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Coordinator to join our remote support team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and confident in handling escalated client issues while maintaining strong communication with tutors and other staff. This is a professional role that requires critical thinking, accountability, and strong writing skills in both English and Spanish. Schedule (Non-Negotiable) • Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM • This schedule is fixed and non-flexible. Key Responsibilities • Respond to client and tutor emails professionally and efficiently. • Handle billing, scheduling, and policy-related inquiries. • Communicate regularly with tutors to ensure smooth session coordination. • Manage escalated client issues with professionalism and discretion. • Think critically and make decisions independently while following company guidelines. • Maintain detailed, accurate communication logs.
