Guiding Decision-Making: Play a pivotal role in helping customers make informed decisions about their financial needs. Requirements Education and Experience – Bilingual Customer Service Representative Bachelor’s Degree Ideal Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years preferred in customer service (Call center experience is a plus!) No Licensing Needed: No prior licensing or insurance experience required. Career Ambition: A strong desire to build and advance your career.
