Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English) Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues and addressing their concerns Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions Offer additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience Deliver expert customer experiences with a customer-centric approach and a positive attitude Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Fluent Spanish and English language skills 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home to ensure productivity Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing situations Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay updated on industry trends Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to navigate various software applications A desktop or laptop that meets our technical requirements (a work computer may be provided depending on the position offered) High-Speed internet connection (wired) and a smartphone Residence in the United States or a valid U.S. address Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy: Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex customer issues What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to championing our people and investing in their growth and well-being.
