The Bilingual Data Entry Technician will provide reception support, administrative assistance, and ensure the smooth handling of patient documents while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Responsibilities Provides reception support. Answers telephones, transfers, and screens incoming calls appropriately Provides administrative support to the health screening services team, including but not limited to paper workflows and data entry Travel off site to provide services Delivers patient screening results to employers and their employees in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Organizes and ensures a smooth transition of patient documents and files using Dropbox and Formstack Other duties as assigned Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and another language Experience in data entry and administrative support Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines Ability to travel off site to provide services Proficiency in using Dropbox and Formstack Company Overview AnovaWorks aims to provide greater access to evidence-based occupational wellness care that is delivered on time, with sincerity, empathy, and accuracy, resulting in quality and memorable patient and employer experiences.
