About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual French and English Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home and interact with customers via incoming and outgoing calls and/or internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer support and resolve common issues and questions related to our clients' products and services.
