About the position The Bilingual HR Admin position at Aston Carter involves providing first-level support to employees and candidates, ensuring quality and timely service. The role includes processing data inquiries, managing new hire documentation, and supporting various HR administrative functions. The position is remote and requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Responsibilities • Provide first level support and answer first line questions for employees and candidates. • Respond to data inquiries and requests for assistance via phone, email, Employee Support phone queue, and HR Feedback email. • Approve and process Position Rate Change forms to ensure compliance with salary administrative policies. • Evaluate requested exceptions and seek managerial input on sensitive issues. • Enter new hires, employee changes, and contingent workers into multiple systems, including Oracle, to ensure accurate payroll processing. • Administer and track the New Hire process to ensure proper documentation is completed and received. • Assist with administrative aspects of HR, including employee programs. • Utilize HR system and reporting tools to generate reports as needed or on a defined schedule. • Support the administration of various programs and processes such as Time Off, BeneTrac administration, Handbook acknowledgement, relocation, and service awards. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position.
