Assist in scheduling appointments and consultations between clients and attorneys, as well as conducting follow-up calls to gather additional information or answer any questions. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Intake Specialist or in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences. Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients in both English and Spanish. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in administrative tasks and case management. In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: Experience working with case management software and Microsoft Suite, as well as other relevant tools and technologies. A strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology, with the ability to provide basic information to clients.
