Bilingual Sales Support
Medline Canada is a leading partner in healthcare, committed to improving care for Canadians. They are seeking a Bilingual Sales Support professional to provide timely support to the Strategic Markets Division and assist with merchandise, equipment products, and post-sales inquiries. Responsibilities Administrate DSO procurement portals and process orders, invoices, and credit notes for specific SM groups Coordinate customer onboarding meetings and calls, working in conjunction with the local Branch Manager and sales consultants covering the group, coordinate all facets (including the master checklist) of the onboarding of each group ensuring a smooth and seamless transition from their current supplier Stay current on all merchandise promotions applicable and update promo files Support sales consultants and other staff with respect to SM requests for code matching, product information, product literature, invoice analysis, substitution reporting, etc Work in conjunction with sales consultants and branch managers to prepare all SM tenders and submission prior to tender deadline dates Maintain Master lists – Working with our consultants nationally, build and maintain our ongoing customer lists of each group across the country and which offices are attached to them Work closely with the SM operations team with the execution of process improvement projects Creation and ongoing maintenance of new accounts for Strategic Markets customers Supports Strategic Markets initiatives through the development and execution of marketing activities Provide comprehensive support in the administration and maintenance of contract pricing Other duties as assigned Skills Strong analytical skills and attention to details Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French Self-motivated and able to think independently Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel Professional, approachable, and customer service oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under the pressure of deadlines Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask Ability to read and write in French is required This is a hybrid role, and the candidate must be able to work at least three times a week from the office University degree/college diploma in STEM, business, law/paralegal is an asset Benefits Collaborative work environment with highly engaged employees Market competitive compensation and benefits plan, including LTD & Insurance Annual Employee Appreciation Week Paid vacation and personal days Lifeworks® Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Resources supporting mental, physical, family and financial well-being Career growth and training programs Open communication with Senior Leaders Tailored incentives for eligible employee groups, such as home office reimbursement and Sylvan Learning Centre credit Employee referral program Education support programs Fitness subsidy Recognition programs Social activities And much more… Company Overview Medline is the largest provider of medical-surgical products and supply chain solutions serving all points of care.
