Qualifications & Requirements To succeed as a Bilingual Telecaller with Workwarp, you will need: Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both languages. Strong convincing and client-handling skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers and influence their decisions positively. Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role is preferred, although not essential; we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn. A professional and confident phone demeanor, with a friendly and approachable tone. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet targets.
