We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Bilingual Virtual Assistants to join our team. These team members will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and ensuring seamless communication between our clinic and patients. About the Role We’re looking for a professional, bilingual (English–Spanish) Virtual Scheduler & Medical Interpreter to join our administrative team for a neurological clinic. You’ll handle patient communication, scheduling, and real-time medical translation between patients and providers during consultations. This position requires strong communication skills, medical terminology knowledge, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced virtual environment. Key Responsibilities ️ Interpretation: Provide real-time English–Spanish interpretation during virtual consultations, translating accurately and sensitively between patients and medical providers. Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars, patient calls, and email communication; coordinate follow-ups, procedures, and referrals. Documentation: Enter and update patient information, referrals, and test orders in the EMR system. Coordination: Support the clinic’s workflow by managing intake forms, confirmations, imaging and therapy referrals, and follow-up scheduling. Communication: Ensure patients clearly understand their appointments, treatment plans, and next steps. ️ Confidentiality: Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect all patient data. Required Qualifications ✅ Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — must be comfortable interpreting medical information live during calls or telehealth sessions. ✅ Prior experience as a virtual medical assistant, scheduler, interpreter, or bilingual administrative assistant. ✅ Familiarity with medical terminology (neurology experience preferred). ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication, empathy, and attention to detail. ✅ Strong technical skills — able to navigate EMR systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Doxy.me. ✅ Quiet and professional workspace with reliable internet connection.
