Using the above technologies, establishment of joint R&D pipelines with pharmaceutical and biotech companies (including implementation of molecular design, research plan formulation, and consulting) Job Description New research and development for biopharmaceutical drug Design projects integrating biology, robotics, and AI Job Requirements • Extensive experience in sequence analysis (DNA/RNA/protein) • Able to carry out projects using Python on Unix/Linux • Having the skills to design your own programs rather than using existing software for analysis. • Master's degree or higher in the life sciences or equivalent experience • At least 4 years of research experience in bioinformatics • Experience of working with Git Desired skills & Experiences • Extensive experience in NGS analysis (MiSeq, PacBio, etc.) • Basic knowledge of genetic engineering experiments • Basic knowledge of evolutionary molecular engineering • Proficiency in sequence data analysis (nucleic acids and proteins) • General knowledge of Biopharma industry • Good level of Python programming, especially in bio data analysis • Ability to perform researches and surveys independently • Strong science and fact based mindset • Good communication and ability to present findings clearly • Ability to develop good understanding and intuition in candidate selection approaches (e.g., selecting biological or data candidates in research contexts) Working Conditions • Remote work possible (except certain time zones) *Full-time remote work is not available from US time zones or regions with similar time differences, as this would hinder daily communication and collaboration.
