Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Flexible Schedule: PT/FT, Daytime, Evening, Weekday & Weekend)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert behavioral therapy services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role involves working closely with children and adults to improve their quality of life through evidence-based interventions, data collection, and ongoing evaluation. The BCBA will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain accurate medical documentation. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health and special education settings. Schedule • Flexible scheduling based on caseload and availability • Multiple shift options offered for added flexibility • Evening shifts available Monday–Friday, as well as weekend shifts • Part-time and full-time positions available • Morning shifts also offered Responsibilities • Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to determine individual needs. • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure consistency across environments. • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff involved in delivering behavioral therapy services. • Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. • Conduct intake assessments for new clients and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals. • Stay current with advancements in behavioral health, special education, and related fields to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Skills • Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and diagnostic evaluation techniques. • Experience working with children, individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or other disabilities. • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform clinical decisions. • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and maintaining accurate medical records. • Understanding of patient care principles, including conducting assessments and developing treatment plans. • Knowledge of privacy regulations such as HIPAA to ensure confidentiality of patient information. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and clients. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail.
