BSA Analyst Americas
## WHAT YOU WILL DO: This position will work closely with the Head of Compliance to ensure all Money Services Business regulations are followed Analyze AML system alerts and core system reports to identify potential suspicious activity Manage and escalate cases through task and case management systems Compile data and maintain accurate records and files for efficient escalation of suspicious investigations Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams and external parties to gather additional information about account activity Experience in understanding complex transaction patterns and writing thorough suspicious activity reports Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to FinCEN and Voluntary Self Disclosures (VSDs) or other regulatory required reporting to OFAC and U.S. regulators as required Review policies and processes and propose means to improve our AML framework Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit trails Respond to regulatory requests and examinations Manage special projects assigned as needed ## WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial crimes compliance at a regulated financial institution, such as a Money Service Business. Knowledge of federal BSA/AML regulations required (e.g., USA PATRIOT Act, FinCEN rules and guidance). Knowledge of OFAC regulations and sanctions screening processes. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, good organizational and time management skills. Professional experience with cryptocurrencies is advantageous but not required. Professional certification (e.g., ACAMS, ICA) preferred. This role needs to be based in Dallas. Apply tot his job
