Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager

We are growing and seeking a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Manager who brings strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a client-focused approach to delivering complex projects in the Themed Entertainment industry. The BIM Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the execution of digital information processes and tools across projects, ensuring BIM workflows are consistent, coordinated, and aligned with project goals. Job Responsibilities · Develop and implement BIM/VDC strategies to improve design efficiency, coordination, and construction outcomes on complex projects. · Provide technical oversight throughout all project phases, ensuring BIM workflows align with design intent and project requirements. · Develop, maintain, and help enforce FND’s BIM standards, workflows, and content libraries across projects. · Create and maintain clear project file structures, visual handoff diagrams, and documentation to support model organization and data consistency. · Review and audit project deliverables to verify data integrity and compliance with BIM standards, providing guidance and recommendations as needed. · Lead coordination and clash detection efforts to identify and resolve issues prior to construction. · Support evaluation, testing, and implementation of BIM/VDC tools and technologies, including coordination with software vendors as needed. · Coordinate with external consultants to ensure adherence to established BIM/VDC protocols and quality expectations. · Participate in internal quality reviews, page-turn sessions, and redline reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of deliverables. · Contribute to training initiatives, including Lunch-and-Learn sessions, to promote BIM best practices and cross-disciplinary learning. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. · 6 to 9 years of relevant experience, including experience in a BIM/VDC-focused role. · Strong proficiency in BIM/VDC software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with a solid understanding of design workflows, construction processes, and information management best practices.
