We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst / Process Support Lead to join our team! Business Analyst / Process Support Lead Position Description (PD) Facilitates business process analysis, documentation, and reengineering to align HRD system workflows with mission objectives. Conducts requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, and functional gap analyses. Prepares business process diagrams, standard operating procedures, and user documentation supporting migration and modernization initiatives.
