We value creativity, connection, and excellence with heart. The Role We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with deep experience in the spa, beauty, or wellness industry. Someone who has been in a brand’s seat before, understands the challenges and opportunities they face and can guide them with strategy and heart. You’ll connect innovative wellness brands to our powerful ecosystem of national events and digital marketing programs. This role blends hunter-level drive, relationship-building, consultative sales, and strategic partnership development. If helping brands grow energizes you, you’ll excel here. How you’ll make an impact • Lead sponsorship sales for 25+ national events and digital marketing programs Spend 50% of your time on outbound prospecting Develop consultative, ROI-driven partnerships Represent Live Love Spa at industry events Use HubSpot to manage pipeline and forecasting Deliver compelling sales presentations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsor success Travel nationwide to events and meetings Identify new growth opportunities and activations What Success Looks Like • Growing sponsorship revenue High outbound close rates Strong brand retention and renewals Clean, accurate CRM reporting Strong collaboration with Events, Brand, CRM, and Marketing Increased vendor lifetime value Predictable, healthy pipeline Who You Are • 5+ years sales experience in spa, beauty, or wellness Proven hunter with strong closing skills Relationship-driven and consultative Confident presenter and communicator Highly organized, HubSpot-ready Thrives in fast-paced environments Comfortable with 50% travel Passionate about helping brands grow Perks and Benefits • Competitive base salary + bonus Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with match Paid time off + travel perks Product discounts Work with the most innovative wellness brands Growth opportunities in a fast-moving, experiential company Why You’ll Love It Here Sales at Live Love Spa is about meaningful connections.
