We are seeking a project and relationship manager to lead multi-site partnerships across North America, encompassing charging deployments, charging hardware sales, and various programs. This role requires someone adept at building strong relationships, driving tool improvements, and managing a high volume of complex projects. Responsibilities • Lead several key portfolio relationships necessary for charging scale • Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with major market players, potential customers, and potential partners in support of the team's many initiatives • Apply first principles thinking to build and upkeep robust trackers and checklists, driving swift and efficient project execution • Lead cross-functional initiatives to align organizational strategy; present results to leadership • Lead and aid in tool improvement discussions, increasing internal tool adoption • Resolve escalations and serve as the primary point of contact for complex issues • Collaborate with Design and Construction to accelerate and optimize site openings, and partner with Charging Legal, Operations, and Finance on daily tasks Requirements • 4+ years of experience building and managing high-performance sales pipelines, or equivalent experience • Former account or relationship management experience, with a proven commitment to driving customer experience and value for partners • Forward thinker with demonstrated ability to process-improve and mitigate risk • Thinks from first principles, moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thrives in high-accountability environments • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment • Intrinsically motivated to succeed and exceed goals, with a get-it-done mentality Compensation and Benefits Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: • Aetna PPO and HSA plans > 2 medical plan options with $0 payroll deduction • Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits • Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution • Company Paid (Health Savings Account) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High Deductible Aetna medical plan with HSA • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) • 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits • Company paid Basic Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions), and Paid Holidays • Back-up childcare and parenting support resources • Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance • Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs • Tesla Babies program • Commuter benefits • Employee discounts and perks program Expected Compensation $100,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
