Business Development Representative (BDR) (Remote - 1099 Contractor) About the Role The BDR will play a critical role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging potential clients, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This is an entry-to-mid-level sales position with significant growth potential into Account Executive or other advanced sales roles. What You’ll Do • Research and identify potential prospects through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools. • Engage decision-makers to understand their business needs and present how our solutions can add value. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging. • Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly activity and pipeline generation goals. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions. What We’re Looking For • High Volume Outbound calling experience 100+ calls • Native Speaker • Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required). • 3+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (internships and entry-level experience considered).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Resilient, persistent, and able to handle objections with a positive attitude. • Comfortable working with CRM systems and prospecting tools. • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and grow within a sales career.
