Key Responsibilities: Driving Sales Growth and Success Articulate PagerDuty's Business Value Proposition: Clearly communicate the value of PagerDuty's products and services to potential customers, assessing buying interest and demonstrating passion for transformation and innovation. Account Development Best Practices: Strategically target commercial and enterprise accounts, leveraging phone, email, video, and social technologies to drive sales growth. Discovery Process: Develop and leverage a discovery process to have meaningful conversations with Mid to C-Level executives, understanding their unique needs and conveying the value of PagerDuty's solutions. Utilize Sales Tools: Proficiently use Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Zoominfo to manage sales activities, track progress, and analyze sales data. Achieve Sales Goals: Demonstrate a consistent record of achieving sales goals, contributing to the growth and development of PagerDuty's sales pipeline. Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Sales Experience: 0-3 years of prior sales experience, with a proven track record of success. CRM Experience: Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce. Location: Permanent location within the Toronto metropolitan area, with the ability to commit to a hybrid/in-office presence. Work Authorization: Permanent, unrestricted work authorization in Canada. Preferred Qualifications: Adding an Extra Layer of Expertise SDR/BDR Experience: Experience in a prior SDR/BDR role at a dynamic SaaS company. Sales Tools: Experience using ZoomInfo, Outreach, SFDC, SalesNavigator, Salesloft, Vidyard, and automated dialer technology.
