Business Development Representative (BDR)- Financial Services Bainbridge/ BC Analytics Job Type: Full-Time/ Exempt Position Location: This is a remote digital office (work from home), position. Employees must be U.S.-based and are required to work from a dedicated home office with minimal distractions. Full engagement is expected during standard business hours Monday through Friday, including availability for virtual meetings, timely communication, and active participation in team activities. Pay Scale: Our compensation package includes a base salary complemented by a performance-based bonus structure that rewards individual and team achievements. Base salary starts at $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience, with an OTE average of $70,000.00-$110,000.00+ per year.. Position Overview: As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at BC Analytics, you will be a crucial member of our business development team, responsible for generating new business opportunities in the areas of private equity and M&A. Your primary goal will be to prospect potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule initial meetings for our M&A Associates. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, a team player, and eager to advance their sales career in financial services within a cutting-edge company. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct extensive outbound sales calls to prospective clients to initiate the M&A deal process. • Qualify leads and set appointments for sales executives through effective communication and active listening. • Create compelling messaging tailored to the needs of different prospect segments. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system. • Track and report on activity and results to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of sales goals. • Continuously improve your knowledge of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Qualifications: • BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. • FINRA licensing highly preferred. • 2 years minimum proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation in a professional service environment. • Prior experience in financial services, such as wealth management, highly preferred. • Demonstrated business acumen and excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate service offerings and value propositions effectively. • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools. • Professional demeanor with proven ability to serve the C-Suite. • Collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies. Additional Requirements: • Adept at handling objections and overcoming challenges in a professional manner. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs. • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
