Business & Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Business & QA Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and executing data-centric projects across diverse markets, including Japan, Taiwan, the US, and Brazil. You will be essential in maintaining high standards of data quality while managing various projects with different regional requirements. As the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, overseeing project management tasks, ensuring timely project delivery and accurate development based on requirements. Your role will involve ensuring that all data-related objectives are clearly defined, dependencies are tracked, and projects adhere to their schedules, all while upholding the highest standards of data accuracy. • Opportunity for only Latin American residents* Full Time Work Contract What you'll do • Ensure data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle by identifying and addressing discrepancies promptly. • Oversee data-related projects, manage task delegation, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. • Guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, with a particular focus on data accuracy. • Address data-related challenges efficiently while maintaining data integrity. • Monitor data dependencies, risks, and changes to maintain project integrity and accuracy. • Produce documentation that describes business problems, and requirements of these projects, that can be leveraged by business and dev teams. • Drive meetings with business and tech teams, ensuring a common understanding of business requirements. • Create and execute test scenarios that validate development output matches business requirements. Requirements • Experience driving business discovery/requirements with different teams (business and technical). • Experience creating documentation around "what the software needs to do". • Experience testing software. • Expertise in maintaining data accuracy and validation. • Proficiency in managing data-centric projects, including task delegation and progress tracking. • Strong communication skills for articulating data accuracy requirements to diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams. • Proven problem-solving abilities in data-related contexts. • High attention to detail in monitoring data dependencies and project integrity. • Effective time management to meet project deadlines. • Advanced English to communicate with stakeholders on a daily basis. • Experience with testing automation. • Background in technology to facilitate understanding of technical concepts and communication with the tech team.
