Business Sales Advisor Intern

Summary In this role, you will support outbound outreach efforts and speak with small business owners across the US and Canada about advertising solutions. Success is measured through consistent activity, quality conversations, and progress against daily and monthly targets. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role suited for someone comfortable with frequent outreach and structured goals. What You’ll Do • Conduct outbound calls to small business owners and introduce advertising solutions. • Manage and update leads and interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). • Qualify prospects and support the sales process from initial contact through next steps. • Ask relevant questions, address objections, and clearly communicate value. • Track daily activity and performance metrics to ensure consistent progress. • Collaborate with team members while working remotely on a fixed weekday schedule. What We’re Looking For • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Statistics, Quantitative Science, or a related field. • Comfortable speaking on the phone and making a high volume of outbound calls. • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed in rejection-heavy environments. • Basic computer and email proficiency. • Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home environment. • Open to feedback and willing to improve through coaching. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Program Structure • This position begins as an internship for the first month, with performance-based continuation opportunities thereafter. • Fully remote, Monday to Friday schedule.
