Business Transformation Project Manager
About the position Responsibilities • Lead business process requirements related to Integrated Supply Chain Management including Order Management, Manufacturing/Apriso and Engineering in collaboration with business teams. • Project manages and executes activities to deliver business process improvements. • Manages intra-project dependencies and their interrelationship and impact upon other programs and projects. • Ensures compliance to project management processes and tools. • Operates in a team environment for the effective performance of the project in completing assignments. • Analyzes and finds alternatives to ineffective or outdated standard processes. • Involves relevant stakeholders in identifying the root causes of problems. • Recommends alternate, innovative design and solutions and consistently gains agreement about best design and solutions. • Owns project management of action item resolution and business requirement decisions. • Leads efforts to clean-up/restructure and convert data in legacy systems to enable implementations. • Leads the coordination of business end testing, standard work documentation and implementation. • Supports go live and post go live stabilization. Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. • 3 years of experience in project or program management is required. • 7 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, bills of materials, data required to support manufacturing systems, order management and scheduling systems is required. • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, etc.), Proficiency with ERP systems; Oracle preferred. • Strong knowledge in product configuration, product change management and implementation into production is required.
