Location: Remote Schedule: M-F 8 am - 5 pm, no OT anticipated Required to be within 1-2 hour commutable distance in one of the following client office locations: • Client, NY • Charlotte, NC • Vineland, NJ • Phoenix, AZ • Hemlock, MI • Hickory, NC • Blacksburg, VA • Keller, TX • Boston, MA Travel: Up to 10% travel possible - based on project need. Description The hiring team is looking for candidates who not only have experience conducting integrations with SAP but also have Siemens Opcenter/Camstar development/design experience using backend Camstar Designer. Candidates should be able to discuss their experience working with Camstar Designer to meet new functionality requirements Top 3 skills: • Camstar/Siemens OpCenter Development experience is required; Anyone with any kind of experience with Camstar is a huge plus • NET, C# and Angular experience to support customization on top of original software • Lot of web development and UI development is involved so that experience is important • Key Responsibilities: • Strategic view and understanding of Siemens Opcenter Execution to lead design and development efforts across client. • Design, implement, and support manufacturing solutions in accordance to standard client IT practices • Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution modeling and development tools including Designer and Portal. • Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with various technical capabilities like .Net, Javascript, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, etc. • Engage with internal/external customers to analyze requirements from a business and systems perspective by interpreting business goals and objectives and translating them into technical solutions. • Strong understanding of ERP, MES, shop floor controls and how they integrate to provide a complete solution to the plant. • Ensure that MES work is completed on schedule and that impacts to manufacturing systems are thoroughly documented and communicated by serving as the MES lead on global projects. Create specifications for developers to use as direction for development. • Camstar/Siemens OpCenter Developer • Anyone with any kind of experience with Camstar is a huge plus • Experience with any other MES systems will also be equally considered • Also looking for .NET, C# and Angular experience to support customization on top of original software • Lot of web development and UI development is involved so that experience is important • Version controls are being used GIT, GitLab are being used • Any kind of Manufacturing experience is a huge plus • There would be Daily Scrum, weekly check-ins Required Skills • Education: BS/MS in Computer Science /Systems Management/IT-related field (minimum required) • Experience developing in Siemens Opcenter Execution Designer and Portal. (2+ years desired) • Strong leadership and project management skills • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices in application development • 5+ years' experience using programming languages such as .NET, C# • Experience working with IT systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment • In-depth knowledge of source code management systems • In-depth knowledge of relational databases Desired Skills: • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. • Experience working in a Scrum/Agile team. • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, facilitation, and negotiation skills (including ability to "translate" between business and technology needs). • Proven track record of implementing IT solutions that meet business demands and are technically sound. • Ability to continuously prioritize and multitask efficiently. • Ability to influence decisions with critical thinking based upon experience and grasp of the strategic intent of the project. • Experience with Angular development Soft Skills: • Ability to work without close supervision • Ability to work in a multi-cultural team • Ability to work closely with internal customers around the world to meet customer requirements • Flexibility to meet outside of business hours on occasion to accommodate customers in other time zones • Ability to work individually and on teams to execute projects on time, on budget, and with expected results • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong initiative • Self-motivated • Accountable for actions/behaviors Interview Process: One Hour Panel Video Interview About us: DivIHN, the 'IT Asset Performance Services' organization, provides Professional Consulting, Custom Projects, and Professional Resource Augmentation services to clients in the Mid-West and beyond.
