Primary Responsibilities: Core Project Management - provide support for meeting scheduling, facilitation, note taking and prompt action item tracking/follow up with a specialty in digital assets working in an Agile methodology Act as a system administrator and traffic manager for the department’s request/project management system, Adobe Workfront Using resource management skills to assign team members to projects with priority and workload balance in mind Serve as a point-of-contact for tracking and reporting and communicating on projects and initiatives, blockers, risks, and dependencies Establish standards (scoping, tracking, reviews, follow up) and ensure team deliverables are met Seeks ways to improve job and operational efficiencies and make suggestions as appropriate Work with various team members to understand their needs and foster teams’ success Work with cross-functional stakeholders to have a constant understanding of UMR’s products and solutions’ priorities Creation and maintenance of policy and procedural documents such as SOPs, work instructions and job aids Support of training of new team members You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Certified ScrumMaster Adobe WorkFront Project Manager Professional Certification 6+ years of experience in project management 6+ years of experience using resource or project management tools Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodology Experience working within a software company, with a solid understanding of product development cycles, cross-functional collaboration, and agile methodologies Experience in marketing, including campaign development, brand positioning, and performance analysis across digital and traditional channels Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
