Capacity Portfolio Representative - Full-Time Roles Starting in Spring 2026

This role involves inside sales, account management, and operations to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction in the supply chain process. Responsibilities Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals Learn about carriers’ business goals, preferences, and capabilities to maximize relationships and satisfaction Monitor account activity, identify inactive or underutilized accounts, and take action to reactivate them Leverage technology such as automated booking products, C.H.
