They are seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to generate and maintain carrier relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and high service levels in a fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities Establish relationships, negotiate, and develop carriers regularly via phone and email in order to develop core and dedicated carriers Ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels where freight is picked up and delivered on time using safe, reliable carriers Meet or exceed team financial and individual performance goals Develop knowledge of carrier supply and demand, spot market pricing, and factors that impact freight markets Carrier profile management- learn carrier requirements, needs, contacts and update carrier profiles regularly.
