As a key member of our Workwarp team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our centralized quoting program. We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Central Quoting Supervisor to lead our team to success. About the Role As a Central Quoting Supervisor, you'll be responsible for driving the execution of specific Coordinator activities in support of our centralized quoting program. You'll provide valuable feedback to our leadership team regarding process, program, or system opportunities, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the development of best practices and process documentation. Key Responsibilities Lead selected initiatives or projects as assigned by Manager, making real-time decisions regarding specific Store or Service Provider issues Resolve escalated issues within defined parameters and elevate issues when necessary Analyze reports to determine individual employee and team priorities, monitoring performance to identify training needs and trends Provide real-time and regularly-scheduled feedback and coaching to Coordinators, motivating and engaging employees through recognition programs Make hiring decisions with Manager for team vacancies and work with HR to execute a recruitment strategy Serve as "Manager on Duty," overseeing the entire workforce, monitoring productivity, and addressing performance or conduct needs Interact with Stores to answer questions and resolve issues related to quotes or Service Providers, providing feedback to leadership to help set expectations Collaborate with Stores and Service Providers to identify opportunities to improve the centralized quoting model and enhance the customer experience Provide feedback regarding trends at the Market level to help address opportunities to improve and streamline the quoting process Act as backup for peer-assigned areas as needed Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A strong background in leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with Stores, Service Providers, and internal stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions Experience with process improvement and development of best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make real-time decisions Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience in a home improvement or retail environment Knowledge of quoting software and systems Familiarity with workforce management tools and performance metrics Certifications or training in leadership, management, or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage employees Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects Career Growth Opportunities At Lowe's, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
