Job Objectives The Certified Pharmacy Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience at blithequark. The key objectives of this role include: Modeling and delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient Registering sales on assigned cash registers, providing customers with accurate and efficient checkout services Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions Job Responsibilities/Tasks The Certified Pharmacy Customer Service Associate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: Customer Experience Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience Operations Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items Registers customer purchases on assigned cash register, collects cash and distributes change as requested Keeping counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, taking inventory, and maintaining records Performing duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information Training & Personal Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
