*Remote CFO Opportunity* We recently partnered with a PE Backed Healthcare firm looking to add a CFO to their growing physician services, dental and behavioral health team. You will have the opportunity to lead financial strategy, planning, analysis to support organizational growth as well as partner with executive leadership to drive innovation and efficiency across operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support growth objectives and the PE sponsor's value creation plan. • Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance functions, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory adherence. • Develop and manage financial reporting systems to deliver timely, actionable insights for executive leadership and the board. • Drive margin improvement and cost optimization across multi-site healthcare operations, including revenue cycle management (RCM). • Partner with clinical operations and regional leadership to align financial goals with patient care efficiency and payer mix optimization. • Manage relationships with banks, lenders, auditors, and private equity sponsors, ensuring covenant compliance and strong financial governance. • Provide financial leadership for M&A activity, add-on acquisitions, and integration initiatives, including due diligence and synergy realization. • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Implement and optimize ERP, EMR/EHR, and RCM systems to enhance data integrity and scalability. • Prepare and present board packages, monthly operating reviews (MORs), and KPI dashboards to stakeholders. Qualifications • Proven experience as CFO or senior financial executive in a healthcare services organization, preferably multi-site. • 10+ years of progressive Finance experience, including leadership roles in PE-backed or high-growth environments. • CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred. • Deep knowledge of GAAP, healthcare reimbursement models, and revenue cycle management. • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Intacct, Dynamics) and healthcare technology platforms (EMR/EHR). • Strong M&A experience, including financial modeling, diligence, and integration. • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with operational complexity.
