Change Risk Execution Consultant (PMLC and ECRE/Risk Management)

About the position The Change Risk Execution Consultant w/ Project and ECRE/Risk Management experience will partner with project stakeholders that have an assigned Enterprise Change Risk Evaluation (ECRE) to facilitate the program's execution. Engage, educate, advise, and assist in the documentation of the risks & controls that impact the implementation and delivery of the project's scope. Responsibilities • Prepare project Points of Contact to start the ECRE process, supporting project and risk evaluation timelines. • Advise on the proper identification, documentation and approval of Risks, Controls, and Mitigation Plans for the project within the Archer ECRE module in conjunction with the appropriate GCO Risk Advisor. • Ensure the Business Unit is adhering to the design expectations and is properly calibrating the impacts of identified risks specific to an implementation or new steady-state delivery. • Participate in weekly/ongoing project meetings to ensure successful project delivery, actively representing ECRE status and next steps. • Own significant portions of the ECRE Execution process for Truist. • Accountable to some ECRM Quality Metrics for ECRE Program Execution. • Communicate opportunities to collaborate on process improvements with CRE leadership. • Manage 10-15 concurrent ECREs at a time (or commiserate based on complexities). Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or business-related field, or equivalent education and related training. • 7-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a large financial services firm. • Ability to work strategically and tactically, comfortable seeing and defining the 'big picture' while overseeing details. • Comprehensive knowledge of general banking, risk management, and audit practices. • Excellent leadership ability and sound decision-making skills. • Strong business acumen and organizational agility. • Profound sense of ethics and the ability to deal with pressure from all areas of the business. • Demonstrated executive level presence with expert level verbal and written communication skills. • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project). Nice-to-haves • Master's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; banking or financial management education. • Deep knowledge of operational and technical environments of financial institutions, including knowledge of applicable banking laws and regulations. • Business Process Management (BPM) experience. • Certified Project Management Professional.
