We’re seeking a Channel Sales Manager who specializes in recruiting, activating, and managing high-performing agents and ISOs within the merchant services industry. This role blends sales, recruiting, and relationship management, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a revenue-driven, entrepreneurial environment. What You’ll Do • Recruit Top Producers: Identify and sign experienced agents, ISOs, and channel partners with proven merchant portfolios. • Drive Activation: Ensure new recruits are onboarded and submitting deals within their first 30 days. • Re-Engage Dormant Agents: Reconnect with inactive agents, reignite relationships, and drive new production. • Own Channel Growth: Deliver measurable growth in MIDs, revenue, and merchant activations. • Market Leadership: Stay ahead of competitor trends and help position AFS as the #1 destination for top-producing agents. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Partner Success, Marketing, and Revenue Ops to support your channel’s success. What We’re Looking For • Proven success recruiting, managing, or selling through agent or ISO channels in the merchant services or payments industry. • A strong existing network of agents or ISOs you can activate quickly. • Ability to “sell the opportunity” — not just recruit, but influence top performers to move their portfolios. • Track record of driving production: tangible MID growth, residual revenue, and merchant activations. • Entrepreneurial, accountable, and results-oriented — you thrive where effort equals reward. • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in merchant services / payments industry. • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management. • Demonstrated success in agent or ISO recruiting and activation. • Proven ability to generate measurable revenue through partner channels. • Self-motivated and goal-driven with exceptional communication and closing skills. • Experience collaborating across departments to accelerate agent production.
