Chat Brand Rep (Turtle Beach)

At Capacity ECommerce, we are looking for remote chat representatives to assist customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience on turtlebeach.com. We believe in the power of human connections to provide premium service to online customers mirroring an in-store experience. No bots. Just real, honest people sharing their passion and expertise. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Be brand passionate - share your love and expertise for the game and brand! • Own and use the brand's products/services • Familiarity with the brand site and media/searches related to it • Ability to compare and analyze competitor products • Comfortable showing empathy to customers in stressful situations SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Avid gamer (must include console gaming: Xbox, Playstation, and/or Nintendo) • Passion for online gaming/current online gamer • Experience setting up and using wired and wireless headsets • Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially web search and navigation. • Ability to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form "Our sole mission is to help gamers play their best - at every level, in every game."
