Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Further education is considered a plus. Experience: No prior experience is required. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, adaptability to changing environments and diverse customer interactions. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
