In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance via online chat platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, has excellent writing skills, and is committed to ensuring each customer receives timely and accurate support. Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat and email channels. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and troubleshooting processes. • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism. • Document all interactions and maintain detailed client records in the CRM system. • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. • Collaborate with the support and technical teams to improve response quality and client satisfaction. • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and company processes. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred). • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, live chat, or helpdesk roles. • Excellent written communication and multitasking skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure. • Tech-savvy with proficiency in chat platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
