Skills • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role • Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, content strategy, and brand management • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum impact • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring and growing teams • A creative storyteller, able to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience • A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution Responsibilities • Develop & Execute Strategy – Lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention • Team Leadership – Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team (10-15 people) • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals • Brand Positioning & Storytelling – Build and expand our brand presence through creative storytelling and strategic partnerships • Product Launches & Growth Initiatives – Spearhead new product feature launches and promotional campaigns • Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and adjust strategies based on data insights • Budget Management – Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI • Industry Insights – Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge • Executive Reporting – Present marketing performance, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus • Experience leading marketing efforts at a growth-stage company • Previous experience working with mission-driven clients Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus Education Requirements Credential Category • Business, Marketing, or related field Experience Requirements • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is a plus Why work in Austin, TX Austin is known for its vibrant culture, live music scene, and thriving tech industry.
