Claims Research & Resolution Representative

Investigate and resolve complex claims issues to ensure accurate and timely payments to members and providers. Utilize analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in claims data. Communicate with members, providers, and internal teams to gather information and resolve claims issues. Review and process claims in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims investigations and resolutions. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to members and providers, addressing any questions or concerns regarding claims. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance. Identify trends and patterns in claims data to proactively address and prevent potential issues. Meet productivity and quality standards as set by the company. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge. Act as a brand ambassador for Humana, representing the company in a positive and professional manner. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by actively supporting the company's mission and values. Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information.
